The order of the county court directed the district attorney to permit counsel for certain criminal defendants charged with delivery of a controlled substance to review the files of the state for the respective defendants, and to take whatever notes they wished before proceeding with a preliminary examination. The defendants appeal from the judgment of the circuit court.
